The ministries of Grace Presbyterian Church are organized around five functions. We organize these into what we call "Councils." These Councils are Shepherding, Evangelism, Discipleship, Nuture and Mission. Each Council is broken down into ministry teams and work groups, and there are corresponding staff for each. Below is an overview of our new structure. The bottom boxes show how our officers relate to these councils.
